My family was also a product of this corrupt company. We were contacted in October by Paula Fly, and we agreed to secure SC Law Group (fee of $3,800) to assist with a loan modification.initially, we were assigned to a Attia Khan, and things seemed to be flowing for awhile. Our concerns began to mount because of the length of time (now March), and the follow-ups were less. We were advised that they have restructured, and we would receive our updates from the processing team. A few months later was becoming unacceptable, but the mortgage company would not discuss our mortgage because of the "cease and desist" on our file.in June, we called and demanded to speak with a manager who was Randy McKeown. We conferenced the mortgage company, and found out that they hadn't received any documents since April from SC Law Group, so our case was closed with foreclosures proceedings following. Randy assured us that he would stay on top of our case, but we had to resubmit all documents over again. Needless to say, the communication lasted only a few weeks. So, we began conversing with the mortgage company on our own, but we were up against a tight foreclosure date. The loan modification was denied, and we are now scrabbling to get a short sale approved. Our family has been under extreme stress over the last several years, needlessly. This company is corrupt, and we all should receive refunds. Also, SC Law Group has a lot of confidential information which could result in identity theft!
