My elderly father asked me to order the MSA30X hearing aids. The phone call was very frustrating - it seemed you had to reject whatever they wanted to sell you about four times before we could carry on to the next question. They almost forced you to continue agreeing to buy everything they want to sell. The phone call lasted a long time because we did not agree to purchase everything. That was late July, and my AMEX was charged $106.73 US instead of the $29.99. As others were advised - this was a "two for one" deal. I received an email notice from DHL on August 3rd advising that the parcel arrived on July 29th, but the courier was unable to deliver it. I was to click the URL in my browser to get further shipment information. I did this, but the URL was not available, and has not been available every time I try to click on it. I did receive the product on August 16th, we plugged in the chargers for the aids so my father could try them out. Only one of them worked, and the other one was awful. My father cannot use either of them. I was going to try and return them, but after reading all these reviews, I will leave things as they are. We are out $106.73 US - end of story! Too bad these companies can get away with scams like this! Then we tried to order another product called "ZOOMIES" and it was the same recording as when we ordered the MSA30X. We hung up promptly.
