I answered an ad for a sample of a cream that would reduce wrinkles on my face for a fee of $4.95 for shipping and handling. I understood that I had 14 days to use it and see if I liked it. Ten days after receiving it, I called and cancelled the monthly delivery because it did not do much for my wrinkles. They told me, yes, that had been cancelled. Then I got a bill for $93 on my credit card. I called to complain, and they said I had 14 days from the time I placed the order, and I had called one day too late.
