Ordered a free antiaging cream 31/5 and paid £4.95 for postage. No info was given re cancelling. I received the cream in a couple of days, there were no leaflets enclosed. On 14/6 RTVL took a further payment of £89.00. My credit card company will ensure no further payments are made, but say there is nothing they can do about the previous payment as I should have cancelled within 14 days, even though I had no literature to this effect. RTVL seem to be an out and out scam. Surely, if they have taken my money, I should be able to get goods to the value, but I cant find any info!
