I went in store to purchase a Pepsi and they had coupons on door for 60 cents off and they refused to let me use the coupon. They said they were already on sale and couldn't use coupon if on sale. Why have the coupon on door if you can't use it. Its the same with cigarettes if they have a cents off on package you can't use a manufactures coupon too. To me that's wrong you get the money back for the coupon from the manufacturer so you aren't losing anything. Every other store in the city will take the coupons but you all. I don't get it. I have to go out of my way just to use my coupons. Please respond.
