While flying from San Juan Puerto Rico on 8/27 on flight number 1504 I had the worst flying experience of my life. I was assigned seat 11B and the man next to me who was seated on 11A was over 400 pounds and was actually taking up his seat and mine. I was flying with my wife and she was seated on seat 11D. The man who was assigned the seat 11C was nice enough to exchange seats with my wife because he knew that all 3 of were going to be very tight in that section and that I would be leaning on him if he stayed there. So I was lucky enough to lean on my wife the whole 4 hour trip back to NYC. The gentleman who sat in seat 11A was so morbidly obese that I couldn't lower my arm rest to push my seat back or I couldn't put my tray table down because his legs were in the way. His left leg was under my seat. This was a huge inconvenience for me. I feel like the Jet Blue staff could've done more for my inconvenience. My neck and back were killing me from not being able to sit correctly on my seat that I paid money for. I was compensated 25 bucks are u kidding? This is disgusting. I hope I get compensated the way I deserve. I'm not one to complain but this was the worst experience ever.
