I responded to a free sample advert on the internet. I needed to send £4.95 for postage and sample the product. No where did it say I was signing up to 12 months supply. I have had £95.00 and £99.00 removed from my account and despite returning the second supply I have been told that I cannot claim a refund because I signed up to 12 months supply.
