I was suppose to get a refund on this date for $249.00 by a check and it never came in my mailbox. Back 3 or 4 weeks ago an agent tech was suppose to make my old Dell laptop I had back then work like brand new and they failed so I got ripped off by this outfit as far as I'm concern. I just called them and told another tech who identified himself as a manager and I told him about this past incident and he (Baseem) told me I would get my refund back to my bank account by this Friday on the 23rd but I was also told the same thing by another tech agent who supposedly worked on my old Dell the same thing... And warned him that if I do not rec've my refund... I will Sue.
