I went to FYE 5 months ago and bought a DVD but now when they said I could use the month free trial of the VIP pass thing I said okay. And they said that after the month trail they would send me something to were I could ether agree to continue or cancel, and that it wouldn't charge me until I agreed to it. And I had forgotten all about it until I checked my bank accounts history and saw that it was taking 11.99 out every month. And now I can't cancel the membership because I need the membership number but I don't have it because I through it away because I wasn't going to use it again.
