I wish I had checked out this company before I ordered from them. I see many other complaints that are the same as mine. They offer low book prices meanwhile sucking you into a free 7 day trial membership then begin charging you 9.95 a month at the end of those 7 days. When calling the company to cancel and try to reclaim the lost money, you are wasting your time. Robots just continue to tell you you agreed to a 7 day trial membership, okay but where does it say you will be charged 9.95 a month for the previledge of ordering more books from them?
