On 14th August (Mr. Debasis of Vacations Gateway) and informed that he was from FLIPKART and indicated that there is an OFFER (INDEPENDENCE DAY OFFER) is going on. The offer which was informed me over phone is “Dell Inspiron 15 3521 Laptop (3rd Gen Ci3/ 4GB / 500GB / Win8)” the amount for this I have to pay is Rs. 15598/-. With respect to this he has sent me the Payment Gateway to make payment and also he has acknowledged the receipt of the payment. He has called to my mobile using the following numbers.

I checked with FLIPKART and they have informed me that they don’t have this type offer. On verifying his mail and came to their Company website, I also informed their Customer Services and the answer to my queries was not satisfactory. I have informed them, if the order is NOT FOR THE LAPTOP means and requested them to CANCEL THIS ORDER. This was also brought to the notice of FLIPKART also. If I don’t receive the payment, I have informed them that I will LODGE the COMPLAINT.
