Equested plummer for kitchen sink stopped up. HWA sent a plumming company to my house they took the 100.00 from me took one look at my kitchen sink walked outside and then returned inside stating that my sink was not covered and I would have to pay them another 115.00. I said for what you haven't done anything yet. They say they would have to take apart my sink drain and that was not covered. I ask them why they don't snake the drain they said that won't work on my kind of set up they would have to take it apart. I said noway am I paying you additional money when you haven't even tried to unstop the sink. I requested the return of my 100.00 they refused wrote up my ticket and left. I called HWA to complain and they said that the job wasn't covered and that was it. I said you sent me a rip off company who didn't even attempt to fix my problem and HWA refused to do anything about this. I purchased this warranty and its worthless this company sends out questionable companies and doesn't make care that I got ripped off. I called a local plummer out the next day and he ran a snake down my drain and removed the rag that was causing the clog.
