I ordered Blue Swat as a gift on 4/29. I checked back a month later but no email came. I tried calling the number by phone 3 times in 1 week but nothing! By early august I drafted a typed letter to their web address and a week alter it came back saying it was not the right address. Thing is, my mother and i have done business with this site since March and every year afterwards at least once until now. Our item was Blue Swat for 49.95 plus $9 for quick shipping. This is the 1st time no one has answered our emails. I believe what has occurred and it is this: their site was last updated on 8/23. The last item we got was on 8/10. SO SOMETIME BETWEEN THEN AND 4, A NEW MANAGER TOOK OVER AS CEO AND MADE IT INTO A CON ARTIST SITE - THAT IS NO ITEMS DELIVERED-JUST THE MONEY! Why else would a site be so loyal to us but then turn a blind eye? Please see if i am right, is there misconduct and what really occurred.
