I purchased a Rainbowman and Kamen Rider V1/V2 Disc set. The company requests that I go through [email protected]. No luck there. It's only been two weeks so far but I did pay for Rush Shipping. There is a list of various shipping types on their website plus the "wait 20 days first before complaining" remark. It seems as if they don't follow any shipping request. The most frightening thing is that they have no address listed on their website. It could be a couple of kids working out of their grandmother's basement—just kidding. I'll try to keep everyone here posted over the coming weeks. That's the end of my complaint.
