The exact thing happened to me with this company, nearly identical to that of Caroline's situation. I paid more than she did though. Frankly I'm embarrassed and feel like a fool but I'm going through the dispute process now and hope to get it resolved ASAP. If anyone is reading this and is looking into the credibility of the company please do yourself a favor and tell them to put you on a do not call list and hang up the phone. And yes I would be willing to enter into a lawsuit with you guys against everyone in this company and put these fakes where they belong... Behind bars giving it up to bubba.
