Company represented themselves as Apple Care and made a mess of my IPad and lost many photos, didn't resolve my problems, installed programs on my computer that were "free" and then charged me for them, sent me a hard drive that was supposed to be free with rebate and was not, and has not helped at all. I finally called Apple to complain about their "contractor" and they told me that I had been scammed. I have called the company and they are refunding most of my money.
