This company telephone you and imply that they are acting on behalf of Google and make it seem that you need to renew. They then ask for a password to enter their website. You receive an invoice from them, then you realise they are nothing at all to do with Google. They state that call is recorded and legally binding and password you gave them is order number. I have checked their web site and their terms and conditions state that account cannot be cancelled after you have logged in with password. Sent them e-mail stating that as we have not logged in and cancelling order. Various telephone calls threatening legal action and Mr Thompson even called me pathetic. Report to Trading Standards and above all, do not pay them.
