After receiving a call from this organisation offering me some sort of Google Adwords deal which I immediately stated that I would not be agreeing to anything over the phone but did ask them to send me info only. I then received an invoice for almost £240. I replied stating that I never agreed to their services & to remove my details from their database. The following day I received an email from their "Head of Accounts" Jamie Thompson apologising & saying that it was a mistake & that he would cancel the invoice. I thought that was the end of it but how wrong I was. Over the next week or so I received 2 emails & 2 letters threatening me with"further action" by way of a collection from a debt enforcement agency & further charges. I have tried taking this further & after speaking with a member of staff suddenly had the misfortune of having their Mr Jamie Thompson grab the phone off his colleague & shout all sorts of vile abuse at me before hanging up. This bloke is a nasty piece of work & appears unhinged if you ask me. Today I received a further email stating that I had until the end of the day to settle up or it would be passed to their solicitors to take further action. This bloke claims not only did I agree to their services & their price (which I wasn't even aware of until I received the original emailed invoice) but that I confirmed the order with a password! Not only that but the call was recorded. The guy is dellusional! One moment he emails me an apology stating it was a mistake & that he would cancel the invoice, the next he's claiming he has a recording of me agreeing to their services. Total horse manure. That's all they are going to get from me.
If you get a call from this company hang up immediately. Do not even engage them in conversation. They have a history of bullying, intimidation & harassment. Avoid at all costs.
