I bought a used Mercedes for almost 32,000, 00 by a check. I didnt picked the car yet and never road tested the car thinking that mercedes have a good reputation. Change my mind since the car won t start. I contacted the manager to cancel the sale since my wife didn t want the car. They told me they gonna call me back. They never did. I call my bank and canceled the check and got the confirmation number. The next day my check was cashed. I drove to the dealer asked for my money back they refused and said the car already registered under my name and the cannot refund my money. L called the police to make a report so I can have something to show to court the police won t help me after waiting for them 3 hours to show up when I called them through 911.
