This is the WORST DEALERSHIP I have ever dealt with. All they want is to make a sale and then you can go F*k yourself is their attitude.
I highly recommend Mercedes of Massapequa, where I leased my new vehicle. They are own by a public company, who runs an MB dealer like a dealership should be run. They treat you like an MB client.
Michael Cohen, who owns Silver Star is a lousy businessman.
Nothwithstanding issues I had with them 3 years ago... I leave them a $1000 deposit for a new car. They make me miss my wife's birthday, but stringing me along for a week and tell me 2 days before her birthday, that they cant get the car! I ask them to refund my $1000 deposit and bought a car from another dealer. The other dealer was also less expensive than Silver Star.
A week later, they still have not refunded my AMEX and say they will when they get around to it. I disputed the charge and called the MB NorthEast region to complain.
If you want headaches and to be treated like garbage... Buy a car from Silver Star. If you want to be treated like an MB client... Go elsewhere.
