Before purchasing a grill from Ibexica.com, I did my research. I found no bad reviews online, and I contacted customer service at Ibexica to see if anyone would respond. I received a follow-up email from an Ibexica "representative" assuring me that the item I was interested in was in stock and ready to ship. I bought a grill and immediately began to doubt my purchase. Why I followed the bizarre payment instructions is beyond me!?!? I received follow-up emails concerning the status of my order, but the order did not ship. No grill, money gone! Cannot believe I fell for this!
