I purchased a Sony VAIO Pro 13 SVP13213CXB 13.3" Multi-Touch Ultrabook Computer (Carbon Black) from Ibexica.com on July 25th. The order supposedly shipped on the 26th, and was supposed to have delivered by 8/7. I have not received my order, and emails to "Sofia", my customer service representative have gone unanswered. Today the website is down. Just recently have started seeing similar complaints.
