I have read some of the complaints and they all sound like what happened to me. I found them when I did a search for a Weber Spirit 3 burner gas grill.
I sent them the Amazon gift certificate as they insisted on. They did not give me an option to purchase directly from them with my credit card. This supposedly saved surcharges for them thus they could provide free shipping.

I had never bought anything that way, but I thought that they might have been associated with Amazon in someway.
I received all the emails that everyone else mentioned. They sent a confirmation email that order number 128857 was shipped on 7/26.
I wanted to check on the status of my order because it was due to arrive on either 8/6 or 8/7. No tracking was provided.
Everything they set up is gone! None of the links they emailed me worked.
I have contacted Amazon about it. They told me that they were going to investigate, and will get back to me.
The address is supposedly Derry Rd; Hudson NH 03051. PH is bogus as it is a number in CA with a 650 area code. (650-456-6763).
I hope that these people get caught and go to prison for a very long time!
