I had taken the service on a monthly basis and during the fist week everything was fine and then all of a sudden the 2 channels i watch (etv kannada and Zee kannada) started to buffer a lot. I called up customer support and has a case number. It took 5 days for someone to get back to me, they requested me the internet speed, and ip and a lot of questions. I sent them all and nobody has gotten back to me ever since. I called and sent few emails and still no luck. I requested a refund for the crappy service and they would not. I requested why nobody has gotten back with a solution for my case and no answer from them.
