My husband just received his monthly bill and has been charged 8 times at £4 per time for unsolictied text messages. We also checked his unbilled statement and again he has been charged 8 times at £4 per time on the smae day of the month.

We have contacted Vodaphone and they have reduced the bill to 50% but I am still not happy that we have to pay for this rubbish.in addition Vodaphone have said that they can apply a block on premium rate texts. We have called a Switchfire no. 08444 457 707 to unregister his phone no. We will have to wait to see if this works next month.

In the meantime I am intendingto take this complaint to my MP as it is time Parliament did something about this corporate theft.
