I was planning to apply a Canada citizenship program long back and after trying many times what i got it "am not eligible for immigration program" so i left my canada dream behind. One day these guys called me and said you applied for canada immigration so we are here to assist you by giving the impression like they are Canada Government, but to tell you the truth i didn't even remember when did i applied to this site. These guys called me forced to start a process for the application even though i keep repeating them let me think i'll get back to you. I wanted to think some more before the payment but the guy (Manager) forced me to complete my application, if not the whole process will be expired and I will not have any other chance and asked me to pay 947 USD. I submitted and gave my credit card and fortunately in my card just 438 USD was left so they deducted 438 USD only, after the transaction is made, Couple of minutes the guy on the phone said to me that my application is 75% finished and filled out the application from and i did it. After our conversation on phone they sent me an e mail and on that email I realized that I was not dealing with the Canadian Government and same time i called to my bank and requested to block my credit card to avoid further transaction, After couple of weeks i got a mail from them "Thank you for choosing the CanadianVisaExpert services to assess your eligibility for an immigration visa to Canada.

Now the interesting thing is i'm only graduate with 5 yrs professional experience and my wife is post graduate with 5 yrs professional experience, how come she got a less points then me when she is post graduate? And later i discovered multiple complaints against them here on scam book so am applying here.
They called me consistently for the next 536 USD payment i said just to cancel my service id don't want to proceed further, then manager said you want to lose that 438 USD i said yeah but please stop the service. 10 days ago I a mail from them regarding the payment if i didn't response within 10 days they will take a legal action etc.
I sent couple of mails asking them to refund my amount and she told me that they will not give my money back as a refund because I received their full service, but I did not receive anything from them, and I declared on the same day when they called me ofr blance amount that I did not want any service from them. There is no application to any services of Canada's Government of Immigration or Citizenship program at the moment, these guys (Canadian Visa Expert) are making an application to their system, web site and their indoor paperwork and getting your money, this is the only application and the only thing that they do.
Today i got a call from them like they are threatening me we have all our convo recorded that you agreed to pay 974 USD if you dont't want any trouble pay this amount or else their lawyer will send me legal notice etc.
So please help me out to get my money and stop them to call me non stop its like mentally harassment for me.
