This is the complaint i have been sent it yesterday to them.

Someone called me today and his name is David Smith. He told all the info for canada visa immigration and also told to complete the assessment i have to give him all my personal information including my credit card info and i asked him i don't want pay with my credit card he said its just for the info. After i hanged up with him i had worried and called my bank to make sure, and he definitely withdraw USD130 from my account, i gived the CSR of canadian visa expert a call right away to cancel the transaction she told she can't and no refund!!! After 5 minute from the transaction, and she told we will give you a call after 72 hour and then she hanged up the phone right away. When i tried to call again no answer.
So Richard i need to know i get scammed by your company or not! Because seriously this is really bad and if so i will not leave my right and i will do anything to get my money back.
So if you don't reply i will know i get scammed and stolen by " canadian visa expert "
