This company is a total scam. I signed up, was charged $48.87 and was provided with a "local number" for the inmate to call. I set up the number with the prison and went through all of the required processes. The inmate attempted to use the number but it did not work. Then I found out that a friend of mine signed up with Jail Call Services and received THE EXACT SAME LOCAL NUMBER. So obviously this is just a scam. I attempted to resolve this issue through emails and phone calls. The responses (both written and verbal) were in barely-understandable English and did nothing but give me the run-around. An absolute scam and waste of time and money!
