I cancelled the airtime top up since 2011 and needed my sim card to be reactivated to prepaid but nothing happened, everytime I spend a lot of money calling RMCS about my reguest they always told me that I must wait 24 hours my problem will be sorted out, eg by 2011 on the 17/11 12:44: 16 they send me an sms as follows - valued customer, your query has been resolved. Ref 1711113898209 but still my sim card is in contract pls help I'm fed up.
