I purchased an American Express Prepaid card to use for on-line purchases. Everytime I use it the monies do not go through even though they send a text saying it was deducted then I spend time calling AE and the company trying to get it resolved. AE says just to wait 8 days and the funds will be returned, that is if you can understand them. It's MY MONEY not AE's and in the account. As soon as I get this resolved I'm done with AE Prepaid.
