I believed I had applied for a free trial of this companies 2 anti - ageing products in early July. The "free samples duly arrived plus my bank account was charged not just the postal charges, as I was led to believe, but the amount of $A 142.23 and $A162.89. I was very annoyed however it gets worse... Now, although I have not recieived any further products, I have been charged the same amounts again!
The phone numbers supplied are computer generated services, it is impossible to speak to any staff member to demand a refund although I have officially cancelled any further orders. Who should I approach to resolve this?
