I ordered a free trial of 2 creams in late Jun/early July from these companies. I had to pay freight of US$10, which I didn't mind. I received the 2 creams, both not full tubs. I didn't mind as they are free samples.
Then in August, I received more products and I was charged for them when I had not ordered them.
I cancelled my credit card immediately and raised a dispute with my credit card company (HSBC) but they said that they couldn't do anything as I had probably ticked on the terms and conditions which had a re-order/repeat debit clause in fine print. I was told to pay the A$311 which I owed and talk to Fair Trading in Australia if I want to pursue this further. So, Jacqui, I'm interested to know what credit card you have. Your credit card company sounds reasonable.
I believe there must be many victims like me and we should all group together to do something.
