In December I ordered two "free samples" for which I only had to pay postage. Someone tipped me off that it was a scam so I rang (within the time frame advertised by the company) and cancelled my order and said I didn't want to receive any products from them and that I was willing to return the "free samples" when they arrived. The service agent said he would cancel any further deliveries but there was no need to return the "free samples" They duly arrived about six week later. I have now just received another bottle of the anti wrinkle serum and have discovered that my credit card has been debited with two amounts $72.78AUD on the 30th Jan and $72.50AUD on the 16th Feb. I rang the company and complained and they claimed I only cancelled one product when I rang and not the other. They have therefore billed me for the so called"free sample" and another bottle as well. I have rung them again and complained and they have agreed to refund me for the second bottle providing I return it unopened and with the seal still intact. DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH REVITALIZE OR REVITADERM - THEY USE DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES! My only option to safeguard myself from further unauthorised credit card debits by these companies is to cancel my card.
