My recently widowed 80-year-old mother was caught in this scam by responding to an online offer for $5.00 wrinkle cream. She ordered two, thinking it would cost $10, then found over $200 deducted from her bank account. Two weeks later, a second shipment arrived, this time with an invoice. Another $200 gone. After calling them, she did manage to get them to refund half of the second shipment, about $100. I called and they rigidly explained that they have a strict no refund policy and that she was lucky to get $100 back. Spread the word, these are criminals.
