I originally ordered "free sample" from an email under their original company name of Lift-Visage.
After receiving 2 add'l shipments of wrinkle cream at $50.90 each, I decided to cancel my account and returned the shipment dated Sept. 14 (have post office confirmation of receipt # if you need it). I sent shipment back with their copy of my receipt where they charged my bank card with packaged UN-opened and request to cancel my account and refund my money.
I also sent a fax to their customer service email address requesting the same (have copy of this also if you need it).
Then, in October, I received ANOTHER shipment, with an invoice debiting my bank card again for $50.90. I immediately wrote/printed letter of cancellation with copy of original email included and sent back 2nd order requesting now refund for BOTH shipments.
Still have not heard a thing. Tried to call both phone #'s that showed up on my bank card (1-866-465-2583 / always busy; and 1-818-990-0991 / seems to be generic office number with no operator ever on duty and "general mailbox" always full!!!) - with no luck ever getting through or leaving a message.
Please help me or direct me to someone who can! Am filing complaint with my bank today to see if they can stop debits.
