I'm being charged $14.99 monthly (converted into just under NZ$20) for something from the above - for ages now. I don't know about it. I don't want it. I'd like my money back please. I'm vaguely aware of entering some competition some time back, but it would have been intended as a 'once only' This is very scary that a company can continue to remove money from my account and never inform me.
