Dear Sir, I ordered from you two free face cream samples, me paying only the postage. However, I received a surplus package containing three items, costing over $389.97! I am returning this package to you and request an immediate refund to my Visa account. I did not order this product and would expect not to have to pay for the return postage. I would not have accepted it through the post, but a friend collected it for me. Please advise me how to return it to you.
