Purchased Gunsmoke Videos from DVD Tiger and have never received anything from them to date. I also have not received a refund. I emailed numerous times asking about the DVDs. I received responses to all my emails and it was one excuse after another. Finally, they told me my DVD set was held up in Customs. Really?
