Purchased an ODD Couple Complete Series DVD from the supposed company "DVD Tiger" online on 12/12 for $49.00. Was told it would arrive in 3-4 weeks (no tracking info given). Over 2 months later, nothing. Received the SAME EXACT worded e-mail responses I've since seen on complaint sites like yours. I suspect they are automatically generated for the purpose of buying time to allow the payments to clear. They 'seem' as if they're sincere specific responses to you from the company. Their website seemed very legit. It even included a FAQ section with a resonable-sounding at the time explanation for why their "free" shipping doesn't include a tracking number.
