The company offered $5 per pound lost during a 75-day challenge and set forth the requirements of how to take before and after photographs and where to send the CD-ROM containing these pictures. I did this and actually sent my CD four times, calling the customer service office and management numbers numerous times. I was never paid nor was I even acknowledged (except by customer service who merely provided the manager's number each time). I'm glad to have lost the weight but believe I was taken for the $100 they promised.
