I was charged 109.90 for a membership fee and I remember telling them initially that I did not want to sign up for any renewals. I just wanted to try the 75 day sample of the Skinny Green Coffee. I have been trying to get a refund from them since then. They lied and told me I should see it in a couple days about 3 times. And then they told me the bank that was doing the refunds was no longer doing them and they were in the process of switching banks. They told me this twice. Then they lied and told me they were going to send a check to me and that they would call me that Friday to confirm it was sent. NO call. No check. I have been dealing with this for too long and am getting REALLY tired of the rude customer service agents. I am ready to prosecute as well. This company is a scam that takes your credit card number and charges you for fees even if you didn't ask and blatantly will not give you a refund (its been 4 months now that I've been dealing with this; trying to be patient but am really starting to lose my cool).
