My son bought a phone with his Xmas money - it arrived but was faulty. We returned the phone - using tracking postage - they kept us hanging until the 45 day paypal support expired with emails saying it was on its way - I needed to be patient - Shine Wong sent these messages I have over 40 - but the phone never arrived - they simply stole the money. I would love to take them to court or at least do something - but don't know how...
