I answered a survey and was offered got a "free" cream from MyLorelia but then they charged me shipping and I gave them my Visa number.
In my recent Visa statement which I opened today, I noticed that this company has charged me 96.78 USD - why? I haven't received anything.
So I phoned the number - couldn't speak to anyone - all automated. I was able to "cancel my account"- not that I ever opened an account with them. So what happens to that charge?
