I was emailed an option to bid on a vacation and won. It told me that I had won a 25.00 restaurant card for $2.34. Then it charged my sons credit card $200.00. I never wanted to purchase any bids through this company, I just wanted the restaurant card. They never sent me the restaurant card. I sent 3 messages to the company through their site and explained that i wanted that $200.00 immediately put back into my sons credit card account. They never got back in touch with me. Their live chat is never open. Then when i finally got in touch with them they told me that I would not be able to get a refund back and had no choice but to use the bids. They never have any merchandise on their site to bid on. When they do it's mostly more damn bids or travel vouchers that are a pain in the? To get redeemed. They do not conduct business with any morals and are a ripoff company. Warning don't have anything to do with this company. They still never sent me my purchases. Thank you.
