I Had the worst customer service ever in my life. I had a question about a transfer that I had made from another account on friday 07/26. She stated that I had to link the debit card to my online account. I stated that, I didn't know I had to link the card to my Bluebird. Also I asked if she could explain to me what to click on. She was talking to someone else and says under her breath I was being a smart (Inappropriate Content Removed).. She didn't think I heard her but... I did then I asked to speak with the superviser, He was very nice and perfessional; He got the issue resloved.
