On December 18th I tried to place an online order for Best Buy. After several tries to place my order, my card would not go through. I then tried another website to place an order. My card was declined. I then went to check my bank account and noticed I only had 158.00. This was very strange due to me just getting paid on this day. I then checked my transactions to see that not only did blue bird charge my card, but they charged me three times for a total of 604.05. I then called best buy to get this straight. As I was talking to best buy I was told that they have no information on an order I placed. Make a longer story short. I called blue bird and best buy on the phone together. Best Buy was trying to explain to them that my order did not get processed and to release the funds. I was then told that they only can release 100 of my money. Then the rep said she was unable to process that. The rep then proceeded to tell me I have to wait 2-8 business days for my money to be released. I am so pissed because this money was for my childrens christmas and to buy food for my home. I dont have money like that. I have even tried to contact American Express regular number to get this resolved. Once my money is released I will be closing this account. I will never do business with AE again.
