23-Aug-04 I was billed for $14.95 on my AT&T Universal Card. I did not make this charge and protested. AT&T finally made the credit to my account permanent after having given me conditional credit and requesting that I verify my first complaint. They finally made the credit permanent on 12-23-04.
This has been very annoying and obviously this bogus company is ripping off a lot of people for a lot of money because many will not press the issue for ONLY $14.95.
This outfit should be prosecuted and jailed.
