I received packet from claudia cerda with sc lawgroup. Was promised loan modification based on percentage and total balance for both 1st and 2nd mortage. At first there was lots of communication by phone, email and fax from claudia cerda, shane darvish, and others. A notary was even sent to my house to collect contract signatures and checks. Everything seemed ok until the last check went through. All numbers stopped working and of course no response from them. All at once. What can be done? Can anyone help with justice against these thieves?
