I paid for a pair of sandals on May 24, received an email from the seller on June 1 that she had to move in a hurry and the shoes are in storage, and to please be patient. She has never responded to another email. It's July 29th and I have still not received the shoes or been issued a refund. Etsy has an open investigation and she has not responded to them either.
