Unauthorized Withdrawal Caused Missed Car Insurance Payment

Please give my money back or I will report you to the business trading standard? You are fraud and no conscience to the people who struggling for a money here. How come you got my bank details just to get my money out of my bank! I supposed to pay that to my monthly dd car insurance and now I had to pay a penalty causing of missed payment! You damaged the whole world!!!
